Letting Period
The cottages Tigh Mairi and Tigh Phadraig are generally let for 7 day periods from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00. Tigh Seonag is let from Friday to Friday.
Alternatives may be available at short notice.

 

Conditions of Lease

  1. Terms are quoted on a weekly basis and the maximum period of let is 3 weeks. (For longer lets a separate contract is necessary.)
  2. The units are let for holiday purposes only and only to the persons named on the booking form.
  3. Use of electricity, fuel and other services is included in the tariff quoted above.
    Sub-letting is strictly prohibited. Overnight guests are permitted only by prior arrangement with the proprietors.
  4. A firm booking will be contracted on receipt of a completed booking form and a non-returnable deposit of £100 which will be acknowledged in writing with an account for the balance due, stating the date by which the balance shall be paid (generally due 4 weeks before the letting period commences).
  5. The acceptable methods of payment are a cheque drawn on a UK bank, cash or GBP Travellers Cheques.
  6. The booking is accepted subject to the clear understanding that should the accommodation become unlettable through circumstances beyond the control of the proprietors you shall be entitled to a refund not exceeding the amount paid.
  7. Pets are allowed only by prior agreement with the proprietors.
  8. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission to their property and to require any person to leave when they consider there is a breach of contract or deem that there is damage to the property or cause of nuisance or conduct in an offensive manner.
  9. The proprietors also reserve the right to enter their premises at any reasonable hour.
